Our Money Back Guarantee

We guarantee you will be OBSESSED with your new Whipped Shea Frosting AND fulfilled with the change you are making within the African Communities we support! If  you're not, we understand. We will issue a full refund within 30 days of your approved claim.

Follow These Steps:

1. Email info@yaayaanatural.com to submit a claim. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase. 

2. Provide us with the reason you are unhappy with your purchase. We would love to discuss the claim with you to gain knowledge in order to help our brand and product quality. You will receive a response within 24 hours. 

4. Ship the product back to our headquarters. Our address will be provided to you by email. We do not cover the price of shipping for a return. 

3. A refund will be processed once claim is approved and we have received the returned product at our headquarters.

 

Returns & Replacements
We will replace an item if it was broken upon arrival. Please report the broken item within the first 30 days of purchase to receive a new item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement

Please contact us at info@yaayaanatural.com with details of the product and the defect. A photograph of the broken item must be attached or within the email to receive consideration. 

Upon receipt of the email, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will ship you a new product. 

We will not administer a replacement for a product(s) that has melted. In the summer months or if you reside in a warmer climate, your product may melt. If this happens, please store your product in a refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. Additionally, we recommend storing your product(s) in cooler environments on a regular basis.
